Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls professionally.
Explain company products, services, or offers to customers.
Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues effectively.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Coordinate with sales and support teams when required.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
