Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Care Executive to support our growing investor base. In this role, you will resolve client queries regarding equity, commodity, and currency trading accounts. You will guide users through our digital trading platforms, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with market regulatory guidelines.
Resolve Client Queries: Address inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding account status, ledger balances, and trade executions
Facilitate Funds Management: Assist clients with deposit issues, payout requests, and margin requirements
Streamline Account Opening: Help prospects complete the digital Know Your Customer (KYC) process and track pending documentation
Escalate Complex Technicalities: Coordinate with the risk management system (RMS), back-office, and technical IT teams to resolve complex trade discrepancies
skills Required
Basic understanding of stock market operations, Demat accounts, mutual funds, and trading terminologies (e.g., stop-loss, margin call, intraday).
