We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Executive to manage the front office operations of our hospital. The ideal candidate will provide a welcoming experience for patients and visitors, ensure smooth administrative processes, and support hospital staff in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and admission/discharge formalities.
Answer incoming calls, provide information, and redirect calls as necessary
Maintain accurate patient records and update hospital databases.
Assist in billing, payment collection, and coordination with insurance providers.
Manage the front desk area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care.
Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
Follow hospital policies, confidentiality guidelines, and healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or customer-facing role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, hospital management software).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of hospital procedures and patient care etiquette is an advantage.
