Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
Respond to inbound customer queries via calls, emails, or chats promptly and professionally.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM or database.
Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and conversion.
Resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating when necessary.
Coordinate with other teams (sales, operations, or support) to fulfill customer needs.
Meet daily/weekly for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Skills & Qualifications:
0–3 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales (freshers can apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle objections and resolve conflicts calmly.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office.
Result-oriented, self-motivated.
