Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve area-wise sales.
Increase product penetration and visibility in the market.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
Plan and implement promotional and branding activities in the assigned region.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG, home care, cleaning products, or consumer goods sales.
Strong knowledge of area sales management and distributor handling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to achieve targets and work independently.
Good understanding of market trends and retail sales operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Skills
Experience in handling modern trade and general trade channels.
Strong network in the FMCG/home care segment.
Leadership and team coordination abilities.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field preferred.
