Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily internal operations and ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate with departments like sales, HR, finance, and logistics
Monitor operational processes and identify areas for improvement
Maintain records, reports, and documentation of operations
Handle vendor coordination and internal communications
Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
Assist in planning and implementing operational strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage inventory, supplies, or resources (if applicable)
Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
