Job Title: Store Manager – Logistics (Dark Store Operations)

Location: Bangalore
Salary: ₹5– ₹6 LPA
Age Limit: Up to 35 years

*Job Summary* :
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee dark store operations within the logistics sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory,
ensuring smooth dispatch operations, and maintaining overall efficiency in the store.

*Key Responsibilities* :
•Manage day-to-day operations of the dark store
•Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation
•Oversee inward and outward logistics operations
•Maintain optimal stock levels to meet business demands
•Supervise and lead warehouse/store staff
Ensure timely order processing and dispatch
•Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
•Maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
•Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams
•Handle reporting, documentation, and audits

*Eligibility Criteria:*
•Experience: Minimum 1 year in logistics / warehouse / dark store management
•Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
•Age: Up to 35 years

*Required Skills:*
•Strong understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
Inventory management and stock control expertise.
•Leadership and team handling skills.
•Good communication and coordination abilities.
•Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
•Basic knowledge of MS Excel / inventory systems.

*Preferred Profile* :
•Prior experience in dark store / e-commerce / quick commerce operations.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Hands-on approach to operations.
