Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: Locate, select, and pick products from inventory based on picking lists or radio frequency (RF) scanners.

Packaging: Pack items securely in appropriate containers to prevent damage during transit.

Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and confirm accuracy in quantity and type before shipping.

Labeling & Documentation: Apply shipping labels and maintain accurate records of dispatched orders.

Inventory & Housekeeping: Perform cycle counts, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, conveyors, and scanners to move products.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: 10th Pass only Age Limit: 18-35 years)

Salary & Benefits:

(17,000 Total Monthly Earnings*
CTC: 17,000
Net ₹12,600 + EPF/ESI +
3,500 Attendance Bonus
(for 26 days/8hrs duty).

Plus:
Fix Night Shift: ₹2000 Extra
Overtime: 118/hr
Performance Bonus

Food: Meal provided (@₹10 during duty hours)
Accommodation: Room Facility (1,500)
Working Hours: 6 days/week. 8 hours
