As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience. Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their service requirements.
Advise customers on necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance based on inspection reports.
Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Prepare service estimates and explain repair costs to customers.
Maintain records of vehicle services, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns professionally.
Promote Honda service packages and additional services when appropriate.
