Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Automobile Sales Executive to promote and sell vehicles. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle buying process to ensure a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance
Follow up with potential customers to close sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain customer database and build long-term relationships
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams
Stay updated on new models, competitors, and market trends
Ensure excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer service
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven and confident personality
Basic knowledge of automobiles (training can be provided)
Ability to convince and negotiate effectively
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel)
