Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the inventory of spare parts efficiently to ensure availability for service and sales.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement and maintain optimal stock levels.
Monitor spare parts usage and prepare reports on stock movement, shortages, and demands.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of spare parts in the warehouse.
Support the service team by providing accurate information on parts availability and compatibility.
Track warranty claims, returns, and defective parts handling.
Assist in planning and implementing strategies to reduce costs and improve inventory turnover.
Skills & Qualifications:
0–3 years experience in inventory management, spare parts handling, or automotive industry (freshers can apply).
Good organizational and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with inventory management software is advantageous.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Good communication and coordination skills.
