Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Team Leader (Sales) to manage the sales team, drive business growth, and achieve sales targets through effective leadership and client management.

Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Develop sales strategies to increase business growth
Guide team members in lead generation and client handling
Track team performance and prepare sales reports
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct team meetings, training, and performance reviews
Coordinate with management for business development activities

Requirements:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good knowledge of sales and customer handling
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
Prior experience in sales/team handling preferred

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
MBA/Marketing background preferred
Experience in sales or business development is an advantage
