Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily workshop operations and manage workflow efficiently.
Lead, train, and motivate service staff and technicians.
Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality servicing of Honda vehicles.
Handle customer complaints and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor spare parts, tools, and inventory; ensure timely ordering.
Maintain workshop safety, quality standards, and compliance with regulations.
Prepare performance reports, analyze operational metrics, and optimize processes.

Required Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge of Honda vehicle systems and diagnostic tools.
Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage inventory, budgets, and workshop resources.
Organizational and multitasking skills under pressure.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in workshop management
