Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in our real estate office. The candidate will handle documentation, client coordination, and general office tasks to ensure smooth functioning.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Handle office administration and day-to-day operations
Maintain property files, client records, and documentation
Assist in preparing agreements, forms, and reports
Attend phone calls and respond to emails/inquiries
Coordinate with clients, agents, and site teams
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Support marketing activities (posting property ads online, etc.)
Manage office supplies and basic inventory
🔹 Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and multitasking ability

Professional and polite behavior
🔹 Qualifications
Minimum 10+2 or Graduate (any stream)
