Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound / Inbound Calling
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
Handle inbound customer queries and requests
2. Sales & Lead Generation
Explain products/services clearly
Generate and qualify leads
Convert prospects into customers (for sales roles)
3. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up with customers regularly
Maintain customer database and call records
4. Issue Resolution
Address customer concerns or complaints
Provide accurate information and solutions
5. Target Achievement
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Maintain call quality and conversion rates

Strong communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language)
Persuasion and negotiation ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)
