Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible Site Supervisor to manage and oversee day-to-day construction activities at real estate project sites. The role involves supervising labor, ensuring work quality, and completing projects on time while following safety standards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
📌 Site Supervision
Supervise daily construction work at the site
Monitor labor activities and ensure productivity
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and instructions
📌 Quality Control
Check quality of materials and workmanship
Ensure construction meets required standards and specifications
Report any defects or issues to engineers/management
📌 Coordination
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and workers
Ensure smooth workflow between different teams
Communicate daily progress to management
📌 Material Management
Monitor material usage and prevent wastage
Maintain records of materials received and used
Coordinate with suppliers for timely availability
📌 Safety Compliance
Ensure workers follow safety rules and use protective equipment
Identify risks and maintain a safe working environment
📌 Reporting
Maintain daily site reports and attendance of workers
Update progress and highlight delays/issues
🔹 Required Skills
Basic knowledge of construction processes
Ability to manage labor and handle site activities
Good communication and coordination skills
Problem-solving ability
Basic record-keeping skills
🔹 Qualifications
Minimum 10th/12th pass or Diploma (Civil preferred)
1–3 years of experience in construction/real estate projects
🔹 Work Environment
Site-based role (outdoor work)
May require extended working hours depending on project needs
🔹 Preferred Qualities
