Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate field survey teams
Ensure accurate and timely data collection as per project requirements
Monitor survey progress and maintain daily reports
Train and guide surveyors on data collection methods
Verify and validate collected data for quality and accuracy
Handle field-related issues and ensure smooth operations
Communicate updates and reports to project managers

Eligibility / Qualification:

Basic understanding of field surveys/data collection preferred
Freshers are welcome to apply
Candidates with prior survey or fieldwork experience will be an advantage

Skills Required:

Good communication and leadership skills
Basic problem-solving ability
Attention to detail
Ability to work in field conditions
Basic knowledge of mobile/data collection tools (preferred)

Experience:

0–2 years (Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply)
