Job Role
- Assess and process loan applications
- Conduct credit checks and risk analysis
- Manage credit portfolio and monitor repayments
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulations
Required Skills
- MBA/CA/ICWA or equivalent in Finance
- Min 1 year of experience in credit analysis/ lending
- Strong financial analysis and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of credit regulations and risk management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Evaluate loan applications and creditworthiness
- Conduct site visits and credit checks
- Sanction loans and manage disbursement
- Monitor repayments and handle delinquencies
- Report credit trends and portfolio performance
