Job Role
- Recover overdue payments from customers/clients
- Manage and update accounts receivable records
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues
- Meet collection targets and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams
Required Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in collections/accounts receivable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting and collection processes
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in local language and English
Responsibilities
- Call and email customers for payment follow-up
- Update collection records and track payments
- Resolve disputes and negotiate payment plans
- Escalate overdue accounts as needed
- Support team to achieve collection goals
