Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Lead Generation
Approach customers visiting SBI branches
Explain credit card features, offers, and benefits
Convert leads into successful card applications
2. Customer Handling
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable cards
Resolve basic queries about billing, limits, rewards, etc.
Ensure good customer experience
3. Relationship Management
Maintain strong rapport with SBI branch staff
Coordinate with bank employees for referrals
Stay present/active within the branch
4. Documentation & Process
Help customers fill application forms
Ensure KYC and documentation are complete
Follow internal compliance and verification processes
5. Target Achievement
Meet monthly/weekly sales targets
Track conversions and performance metrics
