Designation -Collection officer
Salary 18000-30000 CTC+3000Petrol+1000 HRA+incentive extra

Only male age below 32
Location -Away from aadhar card with in maximum 120k.m
Qualification -Minimum+2 above, bike,DL,
Freshers or Experienced

Key Responsibilities
Handle collections of overdue loans (microfinance, personal loans, MSME loans, etc.)
Conduct field visits to customers for payment follow-ups and recovery
Build and maintain positive relationships with borrowers to ensure timely repayments
Negotiate and resolve repayment issues while adhering to bank policies
Track delinquent accounts and update records in the system regularly
Achieve assigned collection targets and recovery benchmarks
Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical collection practices
Coordinate with branch staff and credit teams for resolution of problem accounts
Prepare daily/weekly reports on collection status and field activity
