Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth in the Telecom/Fintech sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing field sales operations, expanding customer base, and achieving business targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned area
Manage and grow distribution/network of retailers, agents, or partners
Drive field sales activities and acquire new customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Ensure proper reporting of daily/weekly sales performance
Guide and support field executives to improve productivity

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in field sales (Telecom, Fintech, Banking, or FMCG preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet sales targets
Good understanding of local market
Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territory
Graduate preferred (not mandatory depending on experience)

Location - Bhadrak , balasore,japur , mayurbbanj
Experience - Telecom or Fintech , and minimum 2 to 5 years experience in field sales .
