Job Description

Job Summary:
The Team Leader is responsible for supervising delivery staff, ensuring timely parcel pickups and deliveries, and maintaining smooth day-to-day courier operations. The role involves guiding the team, monitoring performance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage delivery executives and ensure daily targets are achieved.
Plan and assign delivery routes for efficient parcel distribution.
Monitor delivery performance and ensure timely pickup and delivery of packages.
Handle customer issues or delivery-related complaints.
Maintain records of shipments, deliveries, and team performance.
Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for smooth workflow.
Train and motivate delivery staff to improve productivity and service quality.
Ensure company policies, safety standards, and delivery protocols are followed.

Requirements:
Minimum Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of logistics and delivery operations.
Ability to handle a team and solve operational issues quickly.
