Accounting Tasks
Maintaining financial records (sales, purchases, expenses)
Preparing invoices and handling billing
Managing accounts payable & receivable
Bank reconciliation
Assisting with tax filings (GST, TDS, etc.)
Payroll processing
Preparing basic financial reports
Office Executive Tasks
Handling office correspondence (emails, calls, letters)
Managing files and documentation
Coordinating with vendors and clients
Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Supervising office supplies and inventory
Supporting HR/admin tasks (attendance, onboarding, etc.)
