Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive (Telecalling) to handle customer interactions, provide financial service support, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the company.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Provide information about financial products and services
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow up with clients for updates, payments, or documentation
Support lead generation and client engagement activities
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of financial products (loans, insurance, investments preferred)
Ability to handle customers politely and confidently
Strong problem-solving attitude
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Qualification:
Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline
