Job Description

Job Role:

Inputting customer details, mobile handset IMEI numbers, fault descriptions, and service costs into computer systems.

Creating, updating, and closing service repair tickets (Job Sheets).

Recording spare parts used in repairs to maintain inventory accuracy.

Comparing data with source documents (customer forms) to identify and correct errors.

Generating daily or weekly reports on repair volume, turnaround time, and pending jobs.

Maintaining strict confidentiality of customer data (contact details, phone content).

Assisting front-office staff by handling initial customer intake data

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) Required
