Job Description

A Client Relationship Executive is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, handling client queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales and service operations at a Mahindra dealership or automotive outlet.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Handle customer inquiries regarding Mahindra vehicles, services, finance, and offers.
Follow up with leads generated from showroom visits, website inquiries, and campaigns.
Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
Maintain customer database and update CRM records.
Conduct feedback calls after vehicle delivery/service.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and within timelines.
Inform customers about new launches, exchange offers, insurance renewals, and service reminders.
Achieve customer satisfaction and retention targets.

Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer handling and problem-solving ability.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and/or regional language.
Positive attitude and convincing skills.

Qualification
Graduate or Undergraduate.
Experience in automobile/customer service preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience with IT knowledge
