Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our Financial Planner Department. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and providing basic information about financial planning services.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
Explain financial planning services professionally
Generate leads and fix appointments for financial advisors
Maintain client database and follow-up records
Handle customer queries politely and effectively
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Coordinate with the financial planning team
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of financial services is preferred
Ability to handle clients professionally
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
Prior telecalling/customer service experience preferred
Qualification:
Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline
