Job Description

MIS Reporting & Analysis:
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on card operations, sales, collections, customer acquisition, and portfolio performance.
Prepare dashboards and presentations for management review.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of data.
Data Management:
Extract data from internal systems (CRM, ERP, core banking, data warehouses) using SQL, Excel, or reporting tools.
Maintain and update MIS databases and trackers.
Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for corrections.
Business Insights & Support:
Analyze trends, deviations, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring business targets.
Support ad-hoc management requests with accurate data analysis.
Process Improvement:
Suggest improvements in MIS reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Automate repetitive reports using advanced Excel, VBA, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 1–4 years in MIS, data analysis, or operations reporting (experience in banking/credit cards is a plus).
Technical Skills:
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
SQL or database querying skills.
Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is desirable.
Basic understanding of credit card operations and banking products.
