About the Role

We are hiring a Warehouse Picker & Packer to support daily warehouse operations, including picking products, packing orders, and preparing shipments. This is a full-time, on-site role suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Pick the correct products and quantities using order lists or handheld scanners.
Check product condition, item codes, and quantities before packing.
Pack, seal, and label orders securely according to warehouse guidelines.
Sort packed orders and move them to the designated dispatch area.
Assist with stock counting, shelf organization, and replenishment.
Report damaged items, stock shortages, and order discrepancies to the supervisor.
Keep work areas clean and follow warehouse safety and material-handling procedures.
Meet reasonable daily productivity and order-accuracy targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Qualification: Preferably 10th standard pass or equivalent, with basic reading and counting skills.
Experience: 0–1 year; freshers are welcome to apply.
Ability to read product labels and follow picking and packing instructions.
Attention to detail when checking quantities, packaging, and shipping labels.
Ability to perform routine warehouse tasks, including standing, walking, and safely moving packages, with reasonable accommodation where needed.
Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively with a team.

Nice to Have

Previous experience in a warehouse, retail stockroom, logistics facility, or e-commerce fulfillment operation.
Familiarity with barcode scanners, handheld devices, or basic inventory systems.
Knowledge of packing materials, shipping labels, and safe handling of fragile items.

What We Offer

Salary: Around ₹15,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and final terms.
PF and ESI: Provided separately as applicable. The salary breakup, employer contributions, and any statutory employee deductions will be clarified before joining.
