Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, inward and outward stock movements.
Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock audits.
Supervise and coordinate store staff and assign daily tasks.
Ensure proper product display, storage, and stock arrangement.
Handle customer queries and resolve store-related issues.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and management for stock requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and inventory reports.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the store.

Required Skills:
Good leadership and team-management skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
Good computer/MS Excel skills.
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass (as per company requirement)

Experience: 2–5 years in retail/store/inventory management.
