Warehouse Helper – Meesho at Proconnect Logistics

About the Role

We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Helper to support daily operations at a warehouse handling Meesho orders. This is a full-time, on-site role suitable for freshers and candidates with basic warehouse experience. You will help receive, sort, pack, and move goods while maintaining accuracy, cleanliness, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading incoming goods and loading packed orders using safe handling practices.

• Sort products, check quantities, and place items in designated storage locations.

• Pick items against order lists and help pack, label, and prepare shipments for dispatch.

• Use barcode scanners or basic warehouse tools after training, where required.

• Report damaged goods, missing items, incorrect labels, and quantity differences to the supervisor.

• Support stock counts and keep shelves, packing stations, and walkways organised.

• Follow workplace safety instructions and use required protective equipment.

• Coordinate with teammates to meet daily dispatch schedules without compromising quality or safety.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• No prior experience required; up to 1 year of warehouse, packing, retail stockroom, or logistics experience is welcome.

• Basic reading, counting, and label-matching skills; Class 10 pass preferred.

• Ability to follow supervisor instructions and learn standard warehouse processes.

• Attention to detail when checking products, quantities, and shipping labels.

• Ability to carry out standing, walking, bending, and safe manual-handling tasks, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.

• Punctuality, teamwork, and willingness to work scheduled shifts.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in an e-commerce warehouse or fulfilment centre.

• Familiarity with barcode scanning, picking, packing, or inventory counting.

• Basic knowledge of safe lifting techniques and warehouse housekeeping.

What We Offer

• Suggested pay: ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month, equivalent to ₹1,44,000–₹2,16,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and shift requirements.

• Hands-on exposure to e-commerce order fulfilment and warehouse operations.
