Property Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and committed Property Manager, to join our team and grow with us.

This is a full-time contract position. Relocation is required.

“Satya Yuga Siddharth Village Homestay” is a healing and training centre for individuals and organisations. It involves spirituality beyond religion and building a community of like-minded people in these New Planetary Times.

We require an experienced property Manager who is highly responsible to supervise and overlook every aspect of the property management and create income for the venture. We are looking for a candidate who can commit to the cause and is able to respond to the emerging situations.

We want to join together with middle term objectives and targets, to develop the place and our own mutual benefits.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience in Property management

Hindi or Oriya mother tongue. English fluency is required

Ability to lead the team of daily labourers for campus maintenance, housekeeping and hospitality through best practices and healthy food in the homestay

Basic knowledge and experience with accounting

Knowledge of Accounting Software and Indian Accounting Practices and taxation laws is a plus

Proficiency with computers and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High level of efficiency, accuracy, honesty and responsibility

Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible

Responsibilities:

Manage activities of the property (Homestay, Trainings, Agriculture and Animals, Restaurant, Coffee Shop)

Coordinate the work of the Staff

Structure Maintenance Check (Water, Electricity, Gas)

Emergency Response

Accountancy

Maintain external relations (public and private offices and officials)

Correspondence

Marketing and Digital Media
