Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our tour services. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising tours to ensure high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage all aspects of tour operations, including domestic and international tours
Coordinate with vendors, hotels, transport providers, and guides to ensure smooth execution
Supervise and support tour coordinators and field staff
Monitor bookings, itineraries, and travel arrangements
Resolve client issues and handle complaints promptly
Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations
Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Prepare reports on tour operations, budgets, and performance metrics
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align operations with business objectives

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
2–5 years of experience in tour operations or travel management
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of travel software, booking platforms, and operational tools
