Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
Maintain daily accounting records and transactions
Handle invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups
Manage accounts receivable and payable
Prepare basic financial reports and statements
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Sales:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities
Handle client inquiries and maintain relationships
Prepare quotations and follow up on leads
Coordinate with customers for order processing and delivery
Support sales targets and business growth initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
0–3 years of experience in accounting and/or sales
Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
