Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Accountant
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reports To: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager

Job Summary:
The Assistant Accountant supports daily accounting operations including recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial records, and assisting with GST compliance in the FMCG business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (Tally/ERP).
Maintain sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries.
Assist in accounts payable and receivable management.
Reconcile supplier and distributor accounts.
Support GST filing and financial reporting.
Maintain proper financial documentation.

Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com or relevant finance qualification.

Experience:
1- 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in FMCG or retail sector.

Free fooding and staying
Salary – Max 35k
