Job Description

We are looking for a courteous, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage guest interactions and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience at the resort. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle guest queries efficiently while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle room reservations, bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
Maintain guest records and update reservation systems accurately.
Handle phone calls, emails, and front desk communications.
Provide information about resort facilities, services, local attractions, and activities.
Process payments, invoices, and billing transactions.
Ensure lobby and reception areas are clean and presentable.
Follow company policies and hospitality standards at all times.
