Job Description
A Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for hotel guests. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process, providing excellent customer service, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries to enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services & Reception
Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints efficiently.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Reservations & Administrative Tasks
Manage room reservations via phone, email, or online booking systems.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and payments.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room availability.
Billing & Payment Handling
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Ensure accuracy in billing and resolve any discrepancies.
Communication & Coordination
Act as a liaison between guests and hotel departments.
Relay guest feedback to relevant teams to improve services.
Compliance & Safety
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Ensure confidentiality and security of guest information.
