Job Description

Job Summary:
The Data Entry Executive will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing hotel-related data, including guest information, bookings, billing details, and internal reports. This role ensures data integrity, supports smooth hotel operations, and aids in efficient decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input guest details, reservations, and billing information into the hotel management system.
Maintain and update databases with records of check-ins, check-outs, cancellations, and special requests.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
Assist in inventory management by updating stock records and related data.
Coordinate with front office, reservations, housekeeping, and accounting teams to ensure consistent data flow.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive guest and company information.
Perform regular data audits to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
Assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Skills & Competencies:
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or equivalent).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic understanding of hospitality operations is a plus
