Job Description

Lead recruitment for specialized financial roles (analysts, advisors), managing the full onboarding and offboarding process.

Ensure adherence to labor laws, data privacy, and financial industry-specific regulations, maintaining accurate employee records.

Oversee payroll, performance-based incentives, and competitive benefits packages.

Implement performance appraisal systems and develop training/development programs to enhance staff skills.

Act as a liaison between staff and management to resolve conflicts and foster a positive, high-performing culture.

Align HR initiatives with the company’s business strategy, managing HR budgets and metrics.

Requirement:

Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the financial services sector.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and financial regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
