Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Lead end-to-end recruitment for both internal roles and high-priority client mandates.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and negotiate with academic institutions for student placements or with corporate clients to understand their evolving hiring needs.
Performance Tracking: Oversee the agency's internal KPIs, such as "time-to-fill," "offer-to-join ratio," and recruiter productivity.
Training & Development: Upskill the internal recruitment team on the latest AI-driven sourcing tools, behavioral interviewing techniques, and industry-specific trends.
Compliance: Ensure all placements and internal operations adhere to labor laws, including data privacy (GDPR/local acts) for candidate databases.
Employer Branding: Build the agency’s reputation as a top choice for both job seekers and hiring companies.
