- Strong network/database for telecalling candidates in Kolkata.

* Key Responsibilities:-
- Understand client requirements and job specs
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, etc.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist
- Coordinate with clients and candidates for hiring
- Manage recruitment process and timelines

* Requirements:-
- HR or related degree, recruitment experience
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently
