Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Loan Assistant Officer to support the loan processing team in handling customer applications, documentation, verification, and follow-ups. The candidate will assist in ensuring smooth and timely processing of loan applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with loan application procedures and documentation.
Collect and verify required customer documents.
Check application details for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate with customers regarding pending documents and information.
Assist in basic customer eligibility and profile verification.
Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams for loan processing.
Maintain accurate records of loan applications and customer details.
Follow up on application status, approvals, and pending requirements.
Update loan-related information in internal systems.
Handle customer queries related to loan applications and documentation.
Ensure proper maintenance and confidentiality of customer records.
Eligibility:
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Candidates with experience in NBFC, banking, loans, finance, or customer service will be preferred.
