Job Description
Position: Collection Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer payment follow-ups and outstanding collections.
Conduct field visits for payment recovery, as required.
Manage assigned customer accounts and collection targets.
Negotiate payment schedules and resolve collection-related issues.
Maintain daily collection reports and customer records.
Coordinate with Sales and Accounts teams for pending payments.
Ensure timely collection and achieve monthly targets.
Required Skills:
Prior experience in collection/recovery or field sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-handling and follow-up skills
Target-oriented approach
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
