About the Role

We are seeking a talented and customer-oriented Relationship Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring seamless loan against property transactions, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and requirements.

• Assist clients in the loan application process, guiding them through the necessary documentation and paperwork.

• Coordinate with internal teams, such as credit and legal, to ensure timely processing and approval of loan applications.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and resolving any queries or concerns.

• Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend additional financial products and services to clients.

• Contribute to the development of client-centric strategies and initiatives.

• Achieve and exceed individual and team-based performance targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Knowledge of loan products and underwriting processes in the loan against property domain.

• Proficiency in financial analysis and credit risk assessment to evaluate loan applications.

• Proficiency in using relevant software and digital tools for loan processing and client management.
