Job Description
We are hiring a Junior Admin cum Receptionist on an outsourcing basis to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support at the client location. The candidate will represent the company professionally while ensuring smooth day-to-day office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors at the client site
Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk queries
Maintain visitor logs and security/register records
Perform data entry, filing, and basic documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and client staff
Manage courier, dispatch, and office supplies
Ensure reception area is neat and professional
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
0–2 years of experience in admin/reception role
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable and professional attitude
Willingness to work at client location
