We’re Hiring: Senior Process Manager – Customer Operations (Chat & Voice)
Location: Pune
Experience: 8–12 years
Shift: Flexible 24x7
Interview: Face-to-face post 6 PM

We are looking for a strong leader with experience in International BPO operations, Chat/Voice, Telecom, and Retention Sales. The ideal candidate should be able to lead teams, drive KPIs, manage client relationships, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Requirements:
9+ years in BPO/customer operations
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience in telecom/cable processes and customer lifecycle
Excellent communication and team handling abilities
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Lead multiple teams and drive performance
Monitor KPIs, quality, and productivity
Handle client reviews, audits, and escalations
Coach Team Leads and frontline teams
Drive training, improvements, and team engagement
