Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our finance team. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about financial products such as loans, credit services, and investment options, and generating leads or conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases
Explain financial products such as personal loans, business loans, credit cards, or insurance
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales teams
Follow up with customers to close sales or collect required documents
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Handle customer objections professionally
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role (preferably in finance)
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of financial products (loans, insurance, etc.)
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Minimum qualification: Graduate
