Customer care executive Required

Timing 10 AM to 2 PM
Female candidate only

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, or chats
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Provide information about products and services
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer support or a similar role (preferred)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (as per company needs)
