Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations (front office, housekeeping, maintenance)
Ensure adherence to OYO brand standards and SOPs
Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and pricing strategies
Guest Experience
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and service quality
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
Maintain online ratings and reviews across platforms
Team Management
Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff
Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance
Foster a positive and productive work environment
Revenue & Sales
Drive occupancy and revenue targets
Coordinate with OYO’s central team on pricing and promotions
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Financial Control
Manage daily cash flow, billing, and expense control
Prepare reports on revenue, occupancy, and costs
Ensure profitability of the property
Compliance & Maintenance
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety, and hygiene standards
Oversee maintenance of rooms and facilities
Conduct regular audits and inspections
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Customer service orientation
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Basic financial and reporting knowledge
Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS)

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management
Experience in budget hotels or franchise operations preferred
